1. Cashback Mechanics
Get 10% cashback ( capped at $20 ) for all Hoolah orders.
2. Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is valid only in Singapore
- The promotional period is from 6 August 2020, 00:00 to 9 August 2020, 23:59
- Valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts by the Auolive
- Applicable for all Hoolah purchases made during the promotional period
- The cashback is limited to one order only. In the event of multiple orders, the cashback will only be applicable to the first Hoolah purchase during the period
- You will not be eligible for this promotion if you process a refund
- The cashback is 10% of your Hoolah purchase, capped at S$20
- Cashback will be credited to your bank account 30 days after the campaign ends
- We reserve the rights to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion at any point of time without prior notice
3. How the cashback campaign works
From 6 August 2020 to 9 August 2020, after making a purchase with Hoolah, customers will receive an email notification with the cashback eligibility and the survey link to receive their reward. They will have to fill in their particulars such as their PayNow account number / Bank Account details for us to transfer the cash to them. After which we will proceed to verify their order details and credit the money to their account after 30 days.
4. When can you expect your reward?
After making a purchase using Hoolah. You will receive an email notification with a survey link to fill in their details.
Day 7 - 14
Hoolah will send a confirmation email to all customers who have completed the survey.
Day 14 - Day 30
This process takes the longest as we have to ensure that the customers have received their goods and that there are no refunds made.
Day 30 - Day 40
We’ll send out another email that entails the cashback amount and the bank account which we’ll be transferring to, in order to ensure that the details are correct.
Customer will receive their cashback in the bank account which they have submitted.
